Ghee/Coconut oil in Cork??

    Hi Guys,

    Anyone know where I could get either of the above in Cork? Cant find them in any of the supermarkets.

    Holland & barret stocks coconut oil .
    Or try an ethnic/asian shop.

    Try dunnes for the coconut oil, it is much cheaper than any health shop I have seen. Coconut oil is also in asian supermarkets as said, much cheaper again. Ghee is in the more varied or particularly indian ethnic supermarkets. -though I would sooner make my own ghee from decent butter, I expect the stuff in the tins is very processed.

    Yeah as was said try Dunnes, they stock it in Douglas Court anyway whatever about other stores.
