I have been with Unislim for just over a year - lost 5 stone. I was even featured in their magazine and was a finalist in the slimmer of the year. They are an amazing organisation and surprisingly community based for a national company.

You get what you put in, but you get a LOT :)

A VERY big thumbs up for them!

    Im going/(hoping) to lose 4stone.

I did unislim before when it was the counting points method. Hope I follow this plan as closly :)

Would be great to see a few fellow unislimmers here..........

Well I had my third weigh in to night, the second night I lost 6oz, tonight I lost 3pounds I am so delighted.

So motto for the week is easy on the carbs(sob) and eat lots of protein (yeuch), loads of fruit and veg (free foods) drink lots water , and no biscuits/chocolate/sweets/taytos.

    Not a bother to me:)

hi Eve76, I did not lose anything first week either (6oz hardly counts),lady was about to give me pep talk when I said, Im thrilled. have started to break so many bad habits, that next week I lost 3lbs, I just hope next week its still off. Have very busy week ahead and also its my sons 5th birthday, so really must try and stay focused.
Portion sizees and bread are my downfalls, (as well as hulahoops and chocolate). Ive the snacking really cut out now so once I keep going I ll be fine, best of luck this week
