Where to claim Flat Rate Expenses credit on Form 11

Hi, I'm filling in Form 11 on ROS. It all seems straight forward enough except that I don't see where to claim my flat rate expenses allowance. Hi,
I'm filling in Form 11 on ROS. It all seems straight forward enough except that I don't see where to claim my flat rate expenses allowance. The allowance I'm claiming is for Engineering Industry, unskilled workers and skilled or semi-skilled workers who do not bear the full cost of own tools and overalls. My tax credit certificate already includes this and increases the Rate Band 1 accordingly.
