    Hi,

I was always a big lover of veg but to my horror I seem to be getting bored of them lately!!! I normally eat steamed or boiled Brussels, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower as well as onions, peppers etc in stirfries.

Has anyone any ideas on how to make veg more interesting?
    Thanks!

The Amateur Gourmet has a couple of great recipes - I think this one off the top of my head:

Also River Cottage is running a whole TV Show on vegetables on Sunday evenings. Check out the website for recipes or the Chanel 4 recipes.

brussel sprouts are lovely stir fried with pine nuts.

Courgettes and mushrooms absorb flavour really well.
