Hi all, I've been adding in finishers at the end of sessions to get a bit of conditioning/fat loss in. I've been using a couple of complexes which involve box jumps, mountain climbers, KB swings, medicine ball bounces.
Just wondering has anybody got any ones they use, just looking for a bit of variety.
    Cheers

The finishers in that programme are pretty good.

What's the story with them? Intensity wise, and impact on growth or recovery? And more examples of them if possible.
It sounds like something I would be into doing. I'm kind of hopeless at dragging myself to the gym for 'separate' conditioning trainings. And wouldn't do it beforehand when doing strength stuff.

When I say finisher I mean a complex or HIIT type session which could be used for conditioning/fat loss depending on diet.
At the moment I'm using it for fat loss but find myself doing the same complex every day, and just adding reps to get around the adaption to it.
Cheers for that link to Built like a Badass vid, gonna take a look at the programme aswell and take a look at them cheers.
Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

x number of burpees in as short a time as possible.

try this, pick up 2 20kg dumbells and see how many of these vertical lifts that you can get to without stopping or dropping, if you really push yourself and don't give in, you will get an unreal pump from this and trust me you will be finished.

Cherers for responses, last night I tried this after squats:
12Kg KB thrusters/Mountain Cimbers/Ball bounce on floor x 3/6/9/6/3 for time, best time was 2:43, was absolutely gassed after it.

I agree with this. When I finish each of my circuits, I do as many burpee's as I can, followed by 600m flat out on the rowing machine. Needless to say there's not much left in the tank after that!
