i thought there was talk of a anti-wwe team led by lauranitis (truth,miz,del rio etc) going up against something like cena, punk, hhh, seamus, rock?

My dream booking for US title match would be a triple threat match with Ryders dad interfering to make Morrison win (#manhattanscrewjob) followed by Ryder winning the title off him on the next ppv with a stip that jomo leaves wwe.

I'm disappointed by the lack of traditional SS matches and double duty again this PPV for Ziggler yet no match for Bryan

WWE explains: “The Divas Championship Match at Survivor Series should be a one-on-one affair. However, nothing in this rivalry has been evenly contested, thanks to the underhanded tactics of The Glamazon and Natalya. Now, the decks will be stacked a little more equally, as Kelly Kelly, Alicia Fox, Natalya and the rest of the WWE Divas will be ringside to make sure the action stays in the ring.”

Maybe something will click in the next 24 hours... probably not though; WWE have done a fine job trying to quell interest in Rock's return to the ring. This should be bloody massive! Maybe it's cause Rock's promo before he returned was poor; the storyline for him getting back into the ring was poor, and the opposition have been jobbed out pretty bad.

Booking wrestling isn't hard, but when there's 15 voices and a crazy old man on top, maybe it's actually ridiculously hard.

Surely at least put your top 5 heels vs Rock/Cena + 3 jobbers? It's the Grand Finale Survivors' Survivor Series match all over again :pac::pac:

Usually when WWE put on a PPV in MSG they have a great card. Some of my favourite PPVs were at MSG (WM X, RR 2000, SS 2002 etc)

Not excited about this at all really.

I cant see a new york crowd giving a great reaction to the Henry Vs Big show match.

Now you mention it I wondered why Bryan was inserted into the mix the last few weeks. I wouldn't be surprised to see him out there to make it more interesting.

They've just done such a horrendous job booking it that they've sucked all the specialness and appeal out of it. It's still Rock wrestling so it'll probably still do decent and above average numbers but they've done their very best for that not to be the case.

Yeah some of the booking the last few weeks has been brutal. Its like they said "**** it The Rock will get us a big buy rate so who cares about good storylines".

Ive actually enjoyed Smackdown the last few week but Raw has been terrible.

I think having so many PPVs in the last few months has not helped either. It makes it more difficult to plan with some sort of medium term outcome in mind. The need for some sort peak every 2 or 3 weeks at PPVs for a while hindered the big stories IMO.

Agree fully. The short time between the PPVs just isn't giving them enough time to actually build much of a meaningful storyline, and something that could be a good story gets a bit stale if the wrestlers face each other on a PPV 3 weeks after their last one.

I would really love punk to walk out with the title tonight, but i can see a lot more appeal of having him battle and win a ladder or tlc match next month.

That's a cop out of an excuse, medium term planning and a moderate amount of booking restraint would negate that problem.

For me, the best story going forth comes from Cena screwing Rock and allowing Miz to pin him. This means...

• Cena gets revenge for the Mania screwing and it mirrors the Mania main event
• Rock has genuine reason to have problems with Cena, having cost him his first match back
• Miz and Truth both get the upset and get loads of material to cut promos on for months, also setting Miz up as a challanger for Punk's title in the future.

Of course, it's more likely that Cena and Rock beat them clean and then proceed to make out in the middle of the ring.

Would love to see Miz get a pinfall over Rock. He's grown on me a lot since he dropped the title. I think he's not far off being a big name now.

Will wwe let Rock lost though? Since i presume Cena will win at WM cant see him getting pinned twice .
They will prob go with the usual both men showing off what they can do , followed by Miz or Truth throwing them into each other to get them annoyed etc then Rock will hit Cena with the Rock Bottom allowing Miz/Truth get the win.
Realistically Miz/Truth need to win to make them look strong

I would agree, however that is dangerously close to the finish of the WM main event.
