    Just out of curiosity purely.

Currently doing the BLBA program on to my 7th week of the 12 week program. Ive kept my diet as normal with the exception of added protein throughout the day. So far I have definitely noticed my self getting bigger and a lot of people have also mentioned it to me. So something must be working.

Anyway. With November coming and more than likely going to be broke,I'l not be going out so i'l be free from alcohol for the 4 weeks I ive decided to use it as a month where I shed some fat around the aul mid section. So, if I get the diet down, keep on with the program and perhaps add in another couple of days cardio, spin class for example, what would be the expected result would one say?

My stats would be as follows.

Male 5'9", 95kg, measured 40" around my bellybutton, and have a 38" waist (according to my trousers i have a 36" but the measuring tape doesnt lie!)

Dont know bf at the moment, so if someone could reccomend anywhere that I could get it measured for cheap enough id be very greatful!

Im going to use this post as a bit of a log too, just to keep me motivated.

In 4 weeks you could probably knock 5-6kg off your bodyweight if you're REALLY dilligent.

Or you could add 10kg to your bodyweight and 50kg to your squat like I did this time last year...

In 4 weeks some dude on 'The Last 10lbs' dropped 32lbs with Tommy Europe - he went from something like 190-158 - insane.

He pushed himself from a standing start and did lose some good inches. Mostly down to diet imo.

    Still bloody impressive!

It was a sustained diet to 90kg, then a max test - came in at 190kg (no where near my best).

Then it was 4 weeks of hard training w/ Smolov and eating up to a 240kg squat (which was a massive all time PR).

Now in fairness it was me regaining size and strength, and a bit of new stuff too.

Grand so. I fully expect to loose 32lbs in the 4 weeks. If not I know who to blame :p

Built like a Bad Ass is the name of the program.
    It's one of DeFrancos programs.

If you google you should find the exact details of the program.
