    Hi all,

I try and stick to a healthy daily diet. I've just started a new job where I work 8 hours with a half hour lunch. My trouble is I get hungry every two to three hours. So I'm trying to think of healthy snacks to have at my desk that will cause minimum offense to my fellow employees i.e. no one enjoys the smell of boiled eggs beside them or the pong off tuna for that matter (even though I love them I've had to sacrifice them!).

I've tried nuts but I find myself going overboard with them for killing the hunger. I'm currently trying half a litre of milk or more every couple of hours which is working well enough so far but I'm looking for a bit of variety.

Any suggestions are welcomed with open arms! Thanks!

Turkey or beef slices are great for energy. Or protien bars :)
