It says weatherproof and not waterproof does it in the add though? I'd be a bit wary of them but I'll probably still get a pair

Even if they aint waterproof, for 20 euro they would be grand for the summer and snow.

Just spent last hour and a half walking throught fields of longish wet grass and usually my few are drenched but not tonight. The boots are very comfortable to walk in and seem to be waterproof. Very happy with my purchase if only i could get a fox i would be even happier!

Yeah - I'm a size 14, so never have any joy in these situations:( usually have to go online at sites like the wellyshop uk.

    Well your 100% wrong!

I bought these and they make my 100euro pair of Jack Pyke boots look like the cheap waterleaking pair. These Lidl boots are far better, I stood in a stream up to the ankle and not a drop got it, delighted :D

It'll be interesting to see how long they stay waterproof/resistant for ;) That'll be the test of them. Anything can be made waterproof/resistant for the first few weeks.

I used to buy Ecco boots which were supposedly waterproof, they always leaked before six months. Brought them back to the shop to be told they were meant for dry hiking, well wrong fupping country then eh.

For the price they were if they lasted until next time there released they'd be some bargain! :)

as below said if they last any length they'll be grand. for any rought spots i'll still stick on the wellies. (which were el chepo too and are working out grand.

Ill give my full honest review of the boots next weekend when i get a chance to go out with them on a deer stalk.
