    Hi,
    Just looking for some advice on improving my fitness and speed i play soccer and gaelic i would have been fairly quick up until a succession of hamstring injuries from which my pace all but disappeared!
    I weigh 74 and am 5 11 and I am 18 and train sport wise once a week and a core training session once a week I also go to the Gym twice a week but iv no real programme or routine .

    Diet would be generally healthy don't eat White bread sweets fizzy drinks breakfast is honey and wheetabix dinners would be pasta chicken or fish with small amount of veg !

    I'm just looking to get faster and fitter so I can apply my talents to my sports I would be able to play at a high level if I got working on these two aspects

    Any Advice Appreciated !
