Aches & pains

    I started a new fitness régime and while I'm not going mad I'm not slacking either and I find I have a lot of soreness and stiffness as the muscles build in the first few days after I work out.
    What eases this? I just would like to be moaning and groaning a bit less every time I stand up, and maybe speed up recovery time a little.
    Does radox actually do anything besides just smelling nice? I've never used deep heat or any of that because I thought it was for injuries.

    once you're well into working out and on a regular routine you'll find that you'll actually miss those aches.

    In a way they're telling you that you're doing it right. Just don't worry about it and give it some time to heal.

    They will become less and less and last for shorter periods as you get fitter.

    Icing immediately after exercise (NEVER nmore than 15mins on one spot),
    (i'm no expert though... so consult your doc if you're in pain over a few days.)
