We saw three young actors last week and guess what the LLS production team thought it would be nice for us to see three more this week, thanks guys :rolleyes:

I remember a time when my main gripe with the LLS was that I had seen the A listers on Parky or Jonathan Ross a week before they turned up on the LLS. Imagine, I thought that was real hardship :eek:

Now Claire and Daithi are interviewing guests before Tubs. Two weeks ago, Dermot Bannon appeared on the LLS, a couple of days earlier he was a guest on the Daily Show, this week Charlene McKenna was a guest on the Daily Show and she is on with Tubs tonight :mad:

It looks like RTE have been getting ideas from our supermarkets - pay the guest for one appearance and get another one appearance for free.

Another pathetic line-up. I had hoped RTE would've managed to get Noel Gallagher to appear (seeing as he's playing his first ever gig as a solo artist in the Olympia on Sunday), but considering he would've actually made an interesting guest, I shouldn't be surprised that they didn't. This show just gets worse each week.

I saw Saoirse Ronan give a public interview in FilmBase, and she was an excellent interviewee, talking very comfortably about casting, the film-making process and the industry. The interview was conducted by Hugh O'Conor, and she was quite different from her "Late Late persona".
The problem here is that (a) she seems to be on the Late Late all the time, and (b) Tubridy always aims for the lowest common denominator, so goes for the same old celebrity stuff about how Colin Farrell bought her flowers, or whatever, and she ends up just looking like a hyperactive schoolgirl.
