guys anytime I play football or go for a jog i spend the first 20 minutes coughing , snotting and having difficulty breathing. I am relatively fit , I hope i am as i am doing the marathon this year.

I know your meant to warm up and all that , but when we play astro we dont have the time. none of my mates have this problem so i cannot blame not warming up. I have always been like this , i do experience constant colds . i wonder would this have anything to do with it .

    any suggestions ?

I'm the same if it's any consolation. Could try dietary change. Avoiding dairies and spuds works for me.

If you dont have the time to warm-up before the game, why not do the warm-up before you head off to play then you body will be prepared and even take a puff of the inhalers before you start. Dynamic warm-ups are excellent!
