Room Partition/Full room height

Hi,

We've moving office - the new space is open plan and we are looking to buy a full height (floor-ceiling) wall partition/divider to create a seperate meeting area.

We're ideally looking for used products.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions?

There a re a few places around that deal in used office equipment. Look in the yellow pages. They should have something but floor to ceiling stuff is a little unusual so probably not that

When not being used for meetings, does that space need to revert to office space? How much privacy is needed?

Depending on the system, re-usability will vary. Finding system dividers to the particular height of your office on the second hand market is likely to be difficult. Depending on the weight of the system and how much is involved in opening it, there may be strutural requirements.

Your best bet might be to install a timber / plasterboard partition with a door and possibly glazing. This may need permission from your landlord and may need fire certification as it forms an inner room with only one exit.
