Could anyone just give me a bit of advice please. I've just started back at the gym after dislocating my ankle last year.
for the last 5 weeks I've just been walking and then doing aqua aerobics and swimming once a week. Last week I started back doing a 'program' in the gym, this includes various cardio and toning exercises which takes about an hour.
Last week I just did swim / aqua on Tues and gym on wed, this week gym mon, swim / aqua tues and am hoping to get back to gym on Fri.
Question is.. should I build it up gradually, ie twice a week for a couple of weeks then go to three times, or should I just bite the bullet next week and do the gym mon,wed & fri and aqua/swim on tues?
I can't do anything on thursdays and weekends are usually out as well.
Is this enough to get fit again (and of course shift some excess fat!)
