    Hi,

Just wondering has anyone ever used Capsiplex? And if so is it a good or bad idea?

I'm thinking of giving it a go to shed a few pounds...:)

Your diet will determine and make or break weight loss to be honest. If any pill had any decent effect, the world would have very little overweight and obese people. If such a magic pill existed, Oprah would have endorsed it as El D here would say :)

How is your day to day food in detail looking? Any training thrown in? 90% of people looking to shed weight but cannot do one of two things really. 1. Over estimate the effect of exercise in creating a calorie deficit and 2. Really under estimating their food intake

I'm 10.5 stone but I want to get down to 9 stone by Christmas, I go swimming/gym about 2/3 times a week and walk my little dog the other evenings, I think I need to cut out bread, pasta, potatoes :(

Taking capsiplex for 3 weeks now along with the appetite suppressor. Current weight 12 stone 13lbs (so i have about 2 stone to lose).

Week 1 – no change to diet or exercise, to give base line results for the effects of the tablets. Results = weight loss 0, weight gain 1 lb.

Week 2 – increase of exercise to 1 – 2 hours a day including treadmill, weight training, rowing machine and horse riding. No change to diet.
Results = weight loss 0, weight gain 1 lb.

week 3 – maintained current exercise, decreased calorie intake to 1400 per day (2000 is the rda).
Results = Weight loss 0, weight gain 0.

As you can see from these results capsiplex for me, did not work. Other then feeling slightly warmer for about an hour after taking them, they had no beneficial effect what so ever.
So then I have to ask myself, am I throwing my money down the drain using these? My answer is YES .
Their answer is they recommend you take it for 3 months along with diet and exercise ... wouldn't the diet and exercise alone be what is reducing your weight? After you've shelled out for 3 months worth of their product that is.

I bought Capsiplex today having researched it i found no bad side effects and it is 100% natural.
I took it with water and within 15 minutes I felt shooting pains up and down my stomach. Immeditaly after this I felt like I was literally burining. My entire body went bright red and my whole body felt and looked like I had been locked in a tanning bed for 40 minutes. It died down after about 40 minutes but it was the most horrible thing ever. Can someone please help me and tell me if similar effects has happened you. I dont have any alergies it literally scared the crap out of me.
I took photos but are taking too long to upload anyone who wants to see them email me amanda_cullen14@hotmail.com

How much niacin is in it?

Alot of niacin can cause hot flushes.

I obviously jinxed myself the other day have continued taking the capsiplex and oh my god the pain I got in the sideof my stomach this morning was unreal, had to pull in on the way to work and came out in a heat rash, got such a scare, still feel weird to be honest, they're going in the bin this evening.
