Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Luas Franchise Agreement

Does anyone have any details on the franchise agreement for operating the Luas?
Like does Veolia simply receive a fixed fee for operating the system?
    Who decides on fares?
Does the fare money go to Veolia or the RPA?

    Thanks.

Contract isn't public for "commercial reasons", RPA decide the fares.

Veoilas payment depends on traffic volume and reliability/punctuality, from memory. Obviously they're being paid more now to operate more trams than before.
