Does anyone know where I can buy these? I'm trying to find a replacement for pasta that's non grain based.

Did you source the kelp noodles since? I am looking for them but can't seem to find them anywhere.

The hopsack Rathmines sell spaghetti made from pumpkin, ginger and rice. Well worth checking out, tastes great.

Also, try making your own courgette spaghetti, AMAZING stuff

The courgette spaghetti is my go to, haven't tried the kelp etc...all you need is a julienne peeler. OR if you can't get one just use a regular peeler to make wide strips like papardelle.
I heat some ghee in a frying pan over medium heat and peel the courgette straight in, fry for about 5 mins with salt & pepper.
I recently got a lend of a spiralizer (they have them on amazon) which does a great job & is a bit of fun.

Yup, bought a julienne peeler over the weekend and plan to make courgette pasta tonight! Looking forward to trying this out :)

i dont bother even frying the courgette spag.
I stick it in the microwave for a few mins and whack the sauce on top.
I'd give a 5er says some folk would never know the diff if you peeled the courgette first.
