Is this grain-powder a healthy supplement?

    Hi everyone,
(first time post so please go easy)
so i've decided to clean up my diet and cut out all the junk.
As part of the new action plan i got this '26-grain powder' down the local health food shop. I use 2 scoops in a large glass of milk for my afternoon snack/pep.
However after reading several of the posts here and other on-line sources a lot of people are now saying we should be trying to cut grains out of our diet?
I won't post a pic of the jar (just in case), but the 26 ingredients are listed as:
'soy lecithin, wheat germ, brewer yeast, wild yam, semen enrayle, poria, lotus seed, coix, millet, brown rice, buckwheat groats, oat, black sweet rice, fruit, walnut, pine put, cucurbitae semina, sunflower seeds, almond, semen sesame nigrum, black soya bean, soya bean (non GMO), jumby bean, mung bean, potato chips'.
    It is imported from Taiwan.

Does anyone have any opinions on this grain powder? Do you think its a healthy supplement to take?

    thanks for reading.

I don't think it's healthy, grains are chock-full of anti-nutrients which can damage your gut lining and stop you absorbing nutrients from food. They also displace healthier foods in your diet (meat, eggs, veg etc..)
