Skinny legs

    alright lads,

    can anybody recommend good exercises to build up musle in legs. i do cycle alot and do a few weights but legs are still very skinny. should i try some supplements

    defo squats! one of the best exercises you can do. Not only does it work your legs, it works on your core aswell!!

    Squats and deadlifts. Done. Maybe the odd calf raise if you're so inclined.

    Lift heavy: squats, deadlifts

    Eat big: lots of protein. Meat, eggs.

    20 rep squats are the best. Front squats, Romanian deadlifts and Bulgarian split squats are also excellent, front squats especially.

    don't forget some single leg work
    lunges
    reverse lunges
    single leg deadlift
