in need of advice

    Hey guys,
    Im looking for some help.

    im 76kgs.about 5.6' high.

    as others have said i also have a fat belly and
    'man boobs''

    ive started training about a month ago.
    been able to do cross trainer for hour medium intensity.

    But i cant run across the
    Maximum 2 minutes run and im exhausted.

    my diet is poor,

    Breakfast: apple,porridge and tea

    Lunch: white bread sandwich butter,ham tomatoes and tea.

    Dinner: on a good day-fish,waffles and potatoes.
    bad day- Pizza,supermacs,chinese.

    I find im havin to eat something in the evening(like 8/9pm) because im starving.

    i dont eat much veg.was never my thing.

    taking a protein shake also.

    Any advice would be great.


    PS..i really wanna be able to run,as i have fitness test in few weeks.

    yes. You dont need advice to know eating supermacs and pizza is counterproductive to losing fat.
    Start eating vegetables. Lots of vegetables.
    Dont bother with a protein shake unless you are doing decent intensity weight training.
    Dont eat white bread, especially if you are trying to lose weight. Put it in the same category as cake.
    Next time you want a pizza, consider whether you'd rather eat a pizza or have no man-boobs.
