Yet another NAT2/UPnP two-router PS3 issue... Please help?!

    Hello all! I'm new to the boards and hope someone can help me with a common PS3 annoyance. I feel like I'm just missing one silly little thing to get UPnP on and at least NAT 2. Also, I have the ability to - will this be easier if I just set the modem/router to bridge mode? Finally, does it matter if some things have different DNSs? R1 and R2 use the same IPs but I have the PS3 set to GoogleDNS. Anyway, here's the layout...

    I have a ZyXEL modem/router connected only to a Belkin router, nothing else. The Belkin router is connected to the PS3, as well as many other computers, phones, etc. Everything that's used daily has a static IP assigned; DHCP is enabled but not used frequently. UPnP and DMZ is enabled through and through but it still shows UPnP off and NAT 3 on my PS3.

LAN: DHCP is ON, R2 is connected to it via DHCP but there will never be anything else connected to R1.
