  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,910 ✭✭✭OneArt

Roughly thirty. Get nice and wasted on a 5 euro bottle of vodka (I love you Germany) and only a couple of drinks when I'm out. Night buses are usually only 2.30 and run throughout the week though I rarely take them because I live in walking distance of most of my haunts.

    I love not-Ireland :)

Taxi and crap take away after included, €70-80 on my own, probably €120-130 if the OH is with me

As a student, I tend to drink as much as possible before leaving my house..

That way, All I need to spend money on is taxis... & possibly food after!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,033 ✭✭✭✭Richard Hillman

Depends, if i go to the local i will spend €15-€20. 3.50 pints FTW :D

If i go into Dublin city center to a nightclub i would probably spend around 40-50 quid including travel

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,568 ✭✭✭candy-gal1

about 50e, including taxi and takeaway
can be 30e though on a cheap drink promo night :D

With taxis, drink and the price in also the mandatory fast food easily a hundred or a hundred plus.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,789 ✭✭✭✭ScumLord

That dirty foul drug alcohol has ruined my insides so I can't drink it any more. I'll have to go back on the yolks, so maybe €10 - €20.

It get mushed down into 10 and 20 cent pieces.

But I know what you mean sometimes I convince myself I was pick pocketed.

Bus into town and a taxi home would be a tenner. Would spend about 30 quid in a club, probably around a tenner on crap food afterwards. In and around 50 sheets.

I don't drink so not a lot, but between petrol, parking, club entrance and a couple of cokes and sometimes a McD's afterwards, probably €20-30.

Where do you drink. If you have enough change out of 50 to buy 20 smokes and nosebag after 10 pints i think i'll make that my local

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,739 ✭✭✭✭minidazzler

Depends where I'm drinking. I can range from 70 to 130. I can go to the Brog in Cork and spend 3 euro a pint up til 11, and then I usually move onto double vodka's.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,130 ✭✭✭Azureus

Ranges from €40-€60 but I like to keep it on the lower side. After pre drinks, taxi in/out of town, food and drinks out it adds up fairly fast.
Then again, I've had whopper nights for easy under €20 all included, so depends (and somehow manage to have quite a few drinks with that!).

If I'm out for a proper night out it'll be €70+ easily.

€20 on taxi's into and out of town.
€10 on 20 cigarettes (rounded up for easy maths)
€10 on entry to a club

€40 quid down already and we haven't even started drinking yet!

Drinks at circa €5 each ...... it all adds up so fast!

Haven't been on a proper night out now in ages tho for obvious reasons so typical few pints and cans in someones house, maybe €30 in the pub and €20 for a box of booze and some somkes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,698 ✭✭✭✭Princess Peach

I'll always drink at home before I go out and I live in town so don't need taxis. Cover charge is usually €5-€10 and maybe another €10 on drinks then.

But drunk Peach likes to pretend she is a millionaire and order many coctails and doubles. So can be a bit more some nights!

And the odd €5 if I feel like a deep fried treat on the way home sometimes!
