    Hello. I've a U21 hurling final on the weekend and I need to get fit quick.

    I'm reasonably fit at the minute but due to lack of games and not being able to train much because of work my fitness has gone down a bit. Any ideas on how to get fit in 5 days? Sessions to do in the gym etc. My hurling is good just my fitness is average.

    Any useful info / ideas would be grateful. Thanks.
