How can I put Music onto a External Hard Drive through Itunes on a Mac Book

    Hi all,

    My bro & I have been trying to put Music through Itunes onto a External Hard Drive and its seems to not to work.

    Any ideas how do to it on Mac Book???

    I know that if I did it on Windows it works

    You need to format the external Hard Drive into FAT32 (It is probably using NTFS file system/Which Mac doesn't understand). Easiest way to format it is plug it into Windows, right click on the drive in "My Computer/Computer" and choose Format. Formatting erases all data on the drive. Pick file system as FAT32 from NTFS.
    Re copy files over and the Mac should be able read them
