Green tea HP

Has anyone used this as a supplement before?

If you haven't heard of it, they're sachets you mix with water and supposedly have the goodness of 50 cups of green tea in each sachet. They have acai and other extracts in them too and them claim is that you'll lose 4kg with a months supply, which costs about 50e.

I bought them a couple of weeks ago and it's hard to tell if it's working.

I have definitely lost a bit of weight but I think that's more down to swapping my regular KFC meals for Subway salads - which are delicious by the way!

    Has it worked for anyone?

I'm a bit crap like; you're supposed to have one with brekkie and one with lunch but some days I have three and other days I forget altogether.

I figure it's not doing me any harm anyway!

    This stuff is amazing.
I bought some at the RDS Horse show last year, but there's lots of health food shops do it too.
It's pricy compared to ordinary tea, but not compared to supplements, and maybe that's the comparison to be making here.
It's the "tea ceremony" tea and takes a little practice to make, but well worth it.
As a rule of thumb, if you like sugar in coffee, you'll probably take a little sugar with it.

Would you say you lost the promised 4kg?

I definitely haven't lost anything like that yet. But as I said I haven't been using it properly.

Did you continue using it after the first month? If so did weight loss continue? Sorry to hound you with questions!
