Hi I was just wondering, what Visa is required for a non-Eu citizen (Chinese) if they were to get a intern ship here? it's unpaid, so I don't think a working Visa.
I googled it and yahoo answers said student visa. But how would that work? =__=; . The person I'm referencing to has a Masters degree in Project Management, but is a newly graduate. So he said if he cant get work, he'd intern for a year. Any ideas??
    Thanks in advance lads!

You might be able to do it on a tourist visa, though I am not sure are all people given 90 days stay at entry ?

As you're not getting paid then you are (legally) classified as a volunteer, for which no real restriction exists as far as I know. Once you have a permit to stay here then you can undertake voluntary labour.
