unislim/ww/slimming world

hi everyone,

just thinking im going to join an online slimming program.am seriously considering the unislim program. previously i done the weight watchers online program and found it ok. has anyone joined unislim online? how did you find it? how does the program work?

just reading up about slimming world, seems to be more support here than on unislim?

anyone tried any of these, which is better

I've tried all of them and given up on WW and US after just a few weeks, I'm now doing sw since the end of July and I can honestly say its the best diet I have ever done, I've never stuck to anything like this (ive tried them all!)

There is a lot of support! You just don't get that genuine support from the WW or US consultants.

The meetings are great, normally I would have got weighed and left with other diets, but I like staying for sw meetings, our group also has its own closed Facebook group and we all talk daily on it if we need to ask anything someone always replies straight away. The consultants phone number is on our book and we are encouraged to call her or ask her to call us of we need help.

It's a realistic diet to me, something that I can continue when I reach my Target weight, which will be hopefully just before Xmas all going to plan

thanks so much for your response...only seeing it now. i do think slimming world for me will be the best option also. going to join a class in galway on wednesday, its going to be a new start. glad its going well for you thanks again

Hey GalwayDonegal,
I am going to start on Wednesday in Galway as well, so we can see how we go together. I'd been going to WW but am just not motivated and am tired of counting everything. I am frustrated with the leader and it feels like there is a lot of "product placement" going on.
