    Hi guys

    Looking to get fit over the winter and loss some weight.

    What's the best machine to get, a spin bike or rowing machine.
    I have a treadmill so just looking to get fit over the winter months and was wondering what's the better option

    VJs fitness doing a half price sale. Exercise bike I reckon. You can spend time on them fairly easily and can hear/watch the TV while doing so.
