Help with apple order.....

    Right I ordered a macbook pro 13" from apple.ie

    everything went well until I got a email saying that my order was cancelled.

    I then notice the Shipping address wasn't exactly the same as the billing address.

    I rang up apple went threw it all with them and they said theres nothing they can do and id have to re-order my order

    So I go to re-order it and realize that they took to cash from my bank account and didn't/haven't put it back yet.

    So what will happen ? does it normally take a while for them to put my money back?

    A hold goes on the money for a few days and it gets released when the order is not fulfilled.

    I had a similar experience a few months ago, (not with Apple I hasten to add), and if your experience is anything like mine, it took 15 days for the money to be returned to my account.

    Takes a while for banks to file refunds on debit/credit cards
