And when's it out in Ireland? I currently have the Samsung Galaxy SII which is a massive step up from my old iPhone4 and I'm definately sticking with Android now, I've had it since launch and its still a fantastic phone but, I want something bigger, something better! I've heard about a larger Galaxy phone, kind of half a tablet idea and it looks fantastic but it has pretty much the same specs as the Galaxy SII so...meh.

Whats next, when? And how much should I expect to fetch for an immaculate Galaxy SII unlocked with all leads, 32gb card [no box]?

Nexus Prime/Galaxy Nexus, SGS III, HTC Sensation XE, loads of activity over the next two weeks on Android with ICS coming soon, keep an eye out for release information.

OP tablets are bigger than phones, you should check them out.

The next big release is the Nexus Prime/Galaxy Nexus, and will be the standard-bearer for Android for the next 6 months minimum. It was supposed to be announced Oct 11th, but that has now been pushed back, apparently due to Steve Jobs' death. Specs haven't been announced, but rumours say:
    Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
    9mm thin
4.65-inch 1280 x 720-pixel Super AMOLED HD with curved glass
TI OMAP 4460 dual-core Cortex A9 processor clocked at 1.5GHz
    1GB of RAM
    16 or 32GB of built-in storage
5 or 8-megapixel camera on the back, 1.3-megapixel in the front
    1080p HD video capture support
    LTE/HSPA depending on carrier
    Wi-Fi a/b/g/n
    NFC
    Somewhere between a 1,750 and a 2,050 mAh battery

Supposedly Samsung are releasing an "SGS III" that will be basically the same phone, except branded with Samsung's Touchwiz interface over it (and probably won't have Android 4.0 at launch).
