    Looking for a muscular look after giving up the smokes December 2011. I have jumped from 60KG up to 80KG. Have always wanted to be a bit bigger and I am not happy with the belly I am gaining and fat in general. So have decided to start weight lifting.

    No better place too put up a log.

    Thursday nights training:

    Bench Press; 2 Sets 15-16 Reps @ 25 KG.
    Finished it with a power set 1 Set 10 Reps @ 35KG

    Push ups on knees 3 Sets 10 Reps (need to work on this was not happy with the form on them)


    Had planed on 30 mins on my bike, but my bike is in a friends!
