Anyone know if these are good / bad for you...Does the cooking of these chickens differ from the household method??

I'm guessing they're the same as normal home cooked chickens as long as you take the skin off.

I work in a hot food bar deli, and we don't add anything to the chickens at all. They come in fresh as any other chicken you'd buy yourself. We stick them in the oven, and they cook :)

It does look like a lot of grease, but remember that the grease is coming off ALL the chickens sitting in the counter over the course of the day. Our shop has them sitting on a raised metal plate with holes so the chickens aren't actually sitting in the grease, but just ask the server to drain the grease off for you if your shop doesn't do this and you're worried about it. They're exactly the same as what you'd cook at home.
