Who ever said life was perfect?

You should ring in and say that to families who's house's are falling down. I think that would comfort them a great deal.

What would you suggest as the solution?

no it certainly is not perfect. The solution will be she will have to be moved and compensated as well I would think.
I do understand her being totally overwhelmed at having her home in this condition, mortgage? or money invested and a developer who has no money allegedly. also I am sure the banks wont exactly bend over to help these people.

Its a terrible situation for all concerned, my issue is that its all over the news, press, media. Live Lahhhnnnnn is on its 2nd day, I'd like them to move on and discuss something else. Even Wendys chip van at this stage.

Oh funny aside...large development I worked in in 2001, had a problem with a phantom sh*tter who used go around to nearly finished houses (post decoration/pre-cleaning) and would climb into the attic space and drop a load (as Joe says)...guy did it in 20 or so houses and was never caught.
these houses were selling for 400K+

People need to keep a sense of perspective.
The apts will be fixed up, as the media focus will stay until its done.

The judge really cares... load of b*ll*x... if he was personally paying for that fire engine to be outside Priory Hall, it would not be there... I think he's enjoying a bit of media attention to help his profile..
