WRT the paint job, is it a touch up or a whole new colour scheme?

I saw it come in over Portmarnock at 8.15 this morning, awesome sight.

Any idea when the next one is due in?

Hey, Does anyone have any photos of this one leaving on wednesday, I was parked beside it on 107R

Would have been airborne about 1650... I was kind of hoping that person might have pictures of one of the Ryrs before it at 1641, ei- DLJ. Always wanted a picture of me :P

Why do Qatar send their aircraft to Dublin for painting ?

Okay, where do we stand with these now?

The first one departed Wed afternoon,
The second one landed Wednesday morning (circa 8.20am)

Any idea when #3 & 4 are due in?
    When does #2 depart?

It takes approx 15 days to strip & repaint these giant aircraft.

Here is a shot of it on stand fueling up...I would say that is your EI-DLJ's tail behind http://s1013.photobucket.com/albums/af256/shanwick1960/?action=view&current=A7-AGA.
Just for pig iron it climbed direct to FL 410 which was reached by the time it reached Warrington(only seen the Space Shuttle climb faster)I would say with the FMS doing the biz and Auto Pilot engaged the crew had a big  with them well above the regular traffic.
