Getting Serious About Training

    Hey all,

I have decided that since I'm unemployed I can use all my space time to get back into shape...you know without using work as an excuse.

My main goal, is to lose circa two stone. And gain a little more strength.

    Current Weight: 210lbs
    Height: 5ft 11"

I would love to hit the gym 5 times a week...But I'm sure at the beginning that wouldn't be the best idea(I'm open to being corrected of course).

From what I've read it seems to be important that you have an area to work on each day...

    For example:

    Monday - Shoulders & Arms
    Wednesday - Legs & Abs
    Friday - Chest & Back

I really need help at the moment putting together a program, and I'll be joining the gym next week...

When it comes to Cardio... I'm currently cycling everyday and I started doing an 19 km cycle but have brought it up to 22km over the last few days. I'm doing these trips in under an hour at the moment...

I also do understand that my diet will be very important if I'm to see results.

So if any of you boardies can offer me help it would be greatly appreciated
