Did you really need to respond to a post saying "i've googled it already but I can't find it" with an lmgtfy link?

OP I suppose it must be about 200 judging by this
    http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calories.asp?recipe=851963
though personally I would have said more

thanks for your reply, but if you read my question again, I asked for calories in a Coffee SLICE, not a coffee cake, there is a difference ;)

Well i mean it depends on size and everything. 200 cals for a small homemade one is a different story to a big shop one. I would have guessed 3-400 myself so don't go nuts on them :)

I agree, 200 sounds too little for the amount of pastry and icing and cream that comes with them..Ill have to go easy then:mad: haha

the ones im referring to is the ones you get in Deli's, or superquinncoffee_slice265.jpg

With all the cream and compressed pastry... you'd be lucky to escape under 500 I'd say, well maybe 400.

Just find a similar fresh packaged things in the fridge sections, these will have values. You have to know the weight of course.

There is a 4 pack online in tesco 140kcal each, unless it was different ones, they have a 2pack of slightly bigger ones. 700kcal would want to be massive though.

They had "slices" similar to coffee slices in tesco too, think they were 200kcal or so each, but probably smaller than some bakery ones.

Lemon poppyseed slice is 450 calories and it doesn't even have icing on it! So yum though.
