Also, what's John Lovitz doing on the show.

I hope they keep Chris for a few weeks yet. You need a mentalist to keep it interesting. He's trying to play games but he doesn't know the rules of his own games so he's coming across as a bit touched.

I've enjoyed the show, now turn it off before I get annoyed at that twit on the after show. I'll be back next week. There's so many of them I didn't get a chance to distain as they weren't introduced properly.

It’s always the same, the teams slip up on the basics, but then again most businesses that encounter failure often do so likewise, granted on a magnified scale.

That aside, this year it’s a different ball game because of the prize that’s on offer. With that the calibre of candidate is somewhat different to what we have seen before. Yes, their weaknesses and mistakes will be exposed in a somewhat humiliating fashion but the reality is that most of these candidates have managed to achieve something of worth in order to get onto the show. Of course, the producers will have picked some for entertainment value alone.

I like to see the group dynamics unfold; I can only imagine from a project management point of view what it is like to try to get to grips with the range personalities, especially when the candidates see themselves as entrepreneurs.

As for the task, Conor should have been listened to; failing to read the brief is unforgivable.

Finally, the standard is as much as I expected given the prize. On the face of it seems great but when you break it down and look at what it contains and with the 50% stake going Bills way you'd wonder are they all in it to win? I doubt it very much.

What's the verdict? Think it be a good show!? Was surprised that Aishling went should have been Chris really he more or less ran the team!? Say he be the one to watch and I say he is likely to be out fairly soon despite his strong character.

Still early to say who will win could be a boy or a girl but say the strong character's game plan are already starting to show. The girls are very chatty but say they all get on well. I think the claws are more likely to be out amongst the guys this year though! Who knows what's coming up!?

In all fairness it was a very easy and simple sales task, just got the better of them. Loved the way Morris conducted his leadership skills amongst the team!
