Fitness class duration and structure.

    Hey all.
    I'm looking for some of your thoughts on a possible structure of a class i have in mind for setting up in the near future. Basically feel free to pick holes in the outline here or if any of ye have any suggestions of additions or subtractions they'd be welcome.

    Anyways..

    Essentially the class would be between 75-90 mins ( and feel free to give thoughts on the duration or possible best durations for such a class :) ) and would maybe go as follows.

    *
    Intro/Nutrition Q's/Foam Roll - 5-10 mins

    1. Dynamic Warm Up/Skill work/Strength - 20 mins
    eg. single leg squat/pull up progressions etc

    2. Bodyweight Challenge ( eg. 2 x 3mins max reps of push ups/burpees/speed ladders..etc with 2 min rest between each round) - 10 mins
    eg. squat(weighted or non weighted variations)/push ups.

    3. Weakness work.( individual choice/ depending on numbers in group) - 15 mins
    eg. Core/single leg or single arm stuff/ rotational .. again lots of options

    4. Mini Warm Up ( to prep for small circuit to finish ) - 5 mins
    Eg. Skipping/Jog/Bw exercises

    5. Workout/Circuit( Conditioning circuit.. lots of options here regarding exercise choice or time/rep intervals choice - open to opinions! :) ) - 15 mins
    eg. 6mins 2 2 rds . 1 in rest between rds.
    3 mins work /1 rest x 4

    6. Cool Down - 10 mins

    Anyway.. Like i said just curious for opinions about if this type of class would be viable or how might ye smart interwebz guru's change it around so that it would have a possibility of working!

    If nothing else i hope it fuels some good debate! :D
