Increasing Fitness and maintaining weight at the same time?

    Im after a 4.5 month bulk (now 6'4 - 107kg, 16% bf. 7kg weight gain over bulk, 65/35 muscle-fat)

Im going back to boxing training now and want to maintain this weight for the upcoming season.

Ive been on a 5500-6000 cal diet last 4months (Cleanish bulk).

In an ideal world Id like to lose some of the bodyfat, maintain weight and increase fitness but I know this is unrealistic.

So its a strangish situation where my fitness and actual weight is more important than losing bodyfat.

Seen as Ill be cutting down on weight training and vastly increasing my anerobic and aerobic excercise how should I vary my diet in order to maintain weight?

    Any other thoughts?

Edit: I dont want to lose muscle mass either so will be doing 3days a week medium intensity in the gym.

Maintainign weight shouldn'e be an issue.

Increase your workload and have a c,ean diet that matches your daily/weekly calories needs. Without a deficit or surplus you will amintain weight.
If over the course of a few weeks you find you've dropped a kg or two, then increase the resistance stuff a bit and increase the protein intake until you are back at 107kg.
It'll be a tiny amount, but a series of losing and addign small amounts like that could hep you drop some fat but maintain weight (replacing with muscle before somebody states the obvious)

One question, you said you were cuttong down weight training, and increasing anaerobic exercise. Weight training is anaerobic training, so I take it you are planning a different anaerobic training. Just wonderign what that will be
