Chemical Wash - what to use

I was reminded while reading the thread on the recent trip to Lough Allen about a question which I have been meaning to ask...
What is the best chemical wash/procedure for a boat for inland waterways (specifically the Shannon region with all it's new arrivals)?
I know about steam cleaning and light bleach solutions, but I tend to be hauling wooden lake boats with all their nooks and crannies and figured that there must be a decent foam wash available for home use.

Thanks Fergal. That's exactly what I was looking for.
How do you find the effects on the paint/varnish finish?

Just did some quick reading on the product and have a few questions:
    1. What % dilution do you use?
    2. What length of time do you let it sit on the hull (I realise it relates to the answer to #1)?
    2. Is three weeks enough time out of the water to negate the use of the disinfectant?
    Thanks.

This was only the second time we used it in the club so I'm not to sure how much was put in, I have never used it as my boat has been out of the water for more then 3 weeks each time, I think if your out over a week at a time you should be ok. The http://www.fisheriesireland.ie/ should be able to help you with any questions they are the guys who came down to out meet and gave a talk on invasive species, very helpful guys so if you have a fishing club it might be worth getting them down for a talk.
