Anyone know the latest information on such injuries and do they actually heal up or will there always been some protrusion? Not looking for medical advice, just scientific evidence for how such injuries heal (if they heal fully) . If they arent too severe herniations/protrusions does this make a difference.
    Cheers

This seems most up to date study . good to see they heal a high % of time although they do lose volume .
