    Hey follks
    Iv been in my local gym for about two years now and really enjoy, but iv been thinking recently is there any where you can train or be trained with a group that would really up it and get you ripped, i just seem to be staying at the same level because im training on my own, im also talking about weight lifthing and running,I v heard off trx but is it worth it or where good i go,

    You're staying at the same level because you're doing the same routines. Try doing different exercises for the same muscle groups. e.g. instead of bench press with a barbell, try it on a fitness ball with dumbells, etc.

    Start training using your bodyweight & kettlebells! Get convict conditioning, watch some Bartendaz videos and don't look back! :D
