I wish they did start charging its' members.

Maybe then we'd have less attention whoring self important people who presume everyone else gives a **** about how many friends they have or what their relationship status is.

"Oh facebook is a great way to stay in contact with old friends" well use ****ing email then you shallow ****. But you won't because you like to have your conversations and pictures in public to show all of your "friends" what an interesting mad popular fecker you are.

Oh look, I'm pointing at an empty bottle of beer on one of my legendary nights out...I'm MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD

The amount of times these people log into facebook, you'd think they'd see the message saying "Free, and always will be", at least once...

The government should tax facebook usage and let all the morons drag us out of this recession.

Anyone using Chrome should get this plugin
    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ejpepffjfmamnambagiibghpglaidiec

See, Facebook are spying on you, if you visit a webpage with a Facebook "Like" button, the page tracks you and notifies Facebook, even if you don't click that button.

I hope all will be free as now

If you visit a page with or without the Facebook like button Google is tracking you. Your always being tracked on the internet, well not you as such but your data, your just a data generator as far as the internet computers are concerned.

    Chromium

It's the open source version of Chrome, without the Google tracking bit

I was going to delete my Facebook the other day, due to the constant annoying updates and the fact it tracks everything you do. But.. All my friends now use f*cking facebook chat, and if I deleted it I would loose contact with loads of people. As you go to delete your facebook it also helpfully displays your top friends with pictures "will miss you..." As*holes, tbh I hope it is audited and they are forced to provide opting out.
I use Digsby to chat btw, not facebook direct

The people that annoy me are people who moan about how **** Facebook is all the time (yet more in likely check Facebook on a daily basis) and talking about annoying Facebook status messages. If you hate reading annoying status messages then the easy solution is to remove that person from Facebook.
I always loved the irony of seeing someone posting about how they hate Facebook and how they convey this message is via a status update.
