    Hey

    anyone know if the frozen stuff is actually good for you?by frozen fish i mean the frozen fillets not the breaded stuff

    I read today that frozen veg can often ne better for you as its frozen at its best, I'm not sure how true that is. I'll be interested to hear what the story with the fish is.

    All other things being equal studies have shown that frozen foods can be as healthy if not healthier than "fresh" because when they are frozen it prevents decay/erosion of the food, including nutrition content...but "fresh" often still has to travel distances (and time) to get to you ie isn't really all that fresh by the time it reaches you. This is much more of a problem in larger areas, of course, but still -
