    Would these be the healthiest option?
    GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH
    Grilled breast of chicken topped with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and mayonnaise and served on crusty white bread

    or

    CAJUN CHICKEN BURGER
    A fillet of chicken served with our own secret Cajun sauce on a toasted bun

    If I was to go for the latter, probably wouldn't get the sauce and maybe brown bread?

    Or should I get:

    CAJUN SALMON
    Our own recipe of herbs and spices make this cajun salmon the best you will have this side of New Orleans. Served with Creole rice

    just eat the fish/meat and a salad....everything else you get will have lots of carbs in it whether it's brown bread/a bun/rice.

    ps. stinger being on a low carb diet!

    Cajun burger w/ side salad for the win.

    I'd a burger in there today with the side salad, my gf got the cajun burger, didn't finish it so I robbed the chicken and make a mini salad. Om om om.
