Windows 7 apk file to vmware

    I have currently set up a virtual android phone using vmware,I am having problems.I have a apk. file on the desktop of my laptop and want to move it to the android vmware to set up and use tha application but i dont know how to do it.If anyone could help me i would appreciate it alot.thanks

    in Virtualbox the options would be to share a USB device , to share a folder , to transfer it via the interweb, email or upload/download

    not sure what options vmware android allows

    in theory you could cut / paste uuencode as text :pac:
