Linux webcam program compatible with android

I'm in need of a video chat application that will let me use my Flytouch tablet (Froyo) to communicate with my Ubuntu box. Skype has no video on android and Tango/Oovoo have no linux versions AFAIK. Google chat/talk doesn't seem to support this either.

Skype has video but only for certain handsets, like mine *is smug*

I think Fring has video for all handsets though, and it runs on Nokia Linux phones...
