    Hi guys,

Tonight is my first night training on astro truf and its currently lashing rain :(.

I was planning on just wearing my asics but given the rotten weather should I wear some type of boot?!??!

    Help appreciated!

You can get runners designed for use on Astro. As long as your runners aren't worn out, it shouldn't be a problem though.

Most places usually have signs up stating no boots as well. So I wouldn't recommend that.

you can get boots especially for astroturf, they are cheap enough too
