    Hi all. Joined a new gym recently and got a programme done out for me. It was done out for 2 days, 1 for chest and back, 1 for legs. I've now got more free time and want to up my gym sessions to 3 a week. My trainers out of town for a while so I'm looking for suggestions on a good shoulders/arm workout. I dont need to be told what weights to do each excercise at, just a few very good excercises to really work my arms and shoulders.
